The purpose of the committee is the effective cooperation between world manufacturers of machinery and public authorities in order to create favorable conditions for the functioning of the agricultural machinery market; simplification of machinery registration and certification procedures and other regulatory aspects related to the production, sales and circulation of agricultural machinery.

The main task of the Committee is to improve the working conditions of companies - distributors of crop
protection products and seeds, while ensuring farmers with CPP, supporting legislative initiatives in regulating the market of CPP, deregulation of the market and exchanging useful information and
experience.

The aim is to improve the business environment in the agriculture sector, to exchange the experience and useful information among committee members, to formulate the consensus in terms of the existing conditions of market functioning and find the ways to improve the mechanisms of its regulation.

Besides the development of its own legislative initiatives, Committee activities aim to improve the existing land relations. Among other things, the task of the committee is to develop a comfortable environment in the land sector for agriculture producers business, as well as exchange of experience in solving problems in this area. The Committee cooperates with the Parliamentary Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, State Service of Ukraine on Geodesy Cartography and Cadaster and other central executive bodies and public services.

The aim is to improve the business environment in the agriculture sector, to exchange the experience and useful information among committee members, to formulate the consensus in terms of the existing conditions of market functioning and find the ways to improve the mechanisms of its regulation.

The purpose of the committee is to unite efforts for implementation of precision agriculture systems, exchange experience between members of the Association as well as arrange joint educational activities, trips abroad with a view to gain foreign experience.

Committee is aimed to support legislative initiatives in the area of transfer pricing and development of Ukrainian price bases on the main agricultural export position in agricultural holdings including active dialogue with the State Fiscal Service, the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market, state agents in the grain market.

The Committee acts as an effective platform for dialogue between government and business. B2G communication is an important tool for effectively respond to exporters' requests; the establishment of interaction between all market participants, including international associations of agricultural producers. The Committee carries out expert strengthening of the international trade lobby in the
agrarian sector.

The committee's activities are aimed at exchanging experience in organization and management of agricultural production processes. The main purpose is to ensure dialogue between agricultural producers and world producers and dealers of agricultural machinery; to organize and hold a series of events in order to demonstrate the most advanced agricultural technologies at the production
capacities of agricultural holdings – members of UCAB.

Committee is aimed to provide an effective and modern model of support for agricultural producers. He provides monitoring and analysis of existing mechanisms and support programs for agrarian sector and economy. The Committee is involved in the development of the legislative base.

The committee's activities are aimed at protecting agricultural producers, UCAB members. The committee's activities aim at combating the «shadow» sector of the agro-industrial complex by ensuring the payment of official tax payments by all participants in the agro-industrial sector. In addition, the priority task is the constant monitoring of legislative activities, changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine and timely response to actions that contradict international agreements in the field of agriculture and the current legislation of Ukraine.

The Committee is focused on supporting legislative initiatives relating to agricultural products transportation, resolving issues and exchanging experience in solving logistical problems of agribusinesses.
